The Honcho Pencil 65 is a 5 gram top water lure that can be worked in two ways. It can be retrieved with continuous light taps of the rod tip for a wide zig zag movement or ripped like a jerk bait with intermittent pauses to mimic a fleeing bait fish skipping on the water.
